By joining the American Federation of teachers last month, the adjuct faculty at CCAC took our first step towards improving our working conditions. Now, we must collectively bargain a contract. In order to ensure that evey one of our colleagues has an opportunity to have their voice heard, we are beginning with a bargaining survey. This will guide the organizing committee in determining what our contract priorities are.
