After months of hard work, the adjunct faculty at the Community College of Allegheny County have filed authorization cards with the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. The authorization cards, which were signed in by adjuncts in every department and campus, demonstrate the huge level of support or a union of adjuncts at CCAC.
Filing the authorization cards is a huge step in the process for forming a union, but it certainly isn't the last. There is a lot of hard work left to be done.
